Update on CamperVan (Larry Miller)

I've talked with Keith, who I hope will be able add more information about this for us as he can, and apparently Camper is in the hospital having an emergency heart procedure. His health has deteriorated over the last few months and things are pretty bad.

He has been one of our most beloved members and a true friend to anyone who has known him. Lets all keep in our thoughts and payers as he goes through the next few weeks. He's a tough man, and I hope he can persevere through the following weeks.

Keith, if you are able to get signed up, feel free to add to this post or create a new one regarding Larry's condition.

I want to thank Keith for taking the time to update myself and the rest of us on Larry. I know many of you have been wondering and worrying about him.

OH GOD... No... this crap can't be happening... I have lost two friends and one uncle to cancer in the last three months... Everyone add Camper to their prayer list !!!
He's a fantastic guy and I will be praying hard for him !!!

Thanks for posting Lou!!  I spoke to Larrys daughter Sheri earlier tonight and they he will be home tomorrow.  They did a heart cath on him and found some blockages.  Due to other health problems he is dealing with, they found that it might not be a good idea to do surgery on him so they are going to be treating him with medicines in hopes that it will help clear some of his blockages a little.  Most of us all know Larry but for those of you who do not, Larry is one of the most loved and respected members of the diner.  All I ask is that we all take that everyone keep Larry and his family in their prayers and I will keep everyone updated as I hear.  Thanks!!

Thanks for the updates on Larry guys.  Good to see you back around Keith.  I was beginning to worry about Larry.  I will be keeping him in my thoughts and prayers as he is a GREAT and AWESOME person and I can't think of one bad thing to say about him.  Hang in there Larry and know that there is a whole group of people here that care a great deal about you buddy! 

For those of you that don't know who he is, he's the kind of person that makes this hobby great.

thanks for letting us know about our ''mate'' camper (larry).
i was thinking of him a few weeks ago .after sending emails & pm's i thought he was not well .
i know he has been down with health issues b4 .hope he can get over this hurdle .
he is a great man ,friend ,mate ,diner buddy .

Good question.  I have seen that he is quite active on Facebook so hopefully he's doing alright.  I'm assuming his diecast collecting may be on hold for the time being which is probably why we don't see him over here as much.
